Every single one of us have habits, they maybe either good or bad. It keeps us happy or it just satisfies us.

People should know the difference between a bad habit a  good habit, why?

When people fall into bad habits, they get effected badly in terms of health or mentally or emotionally. Examples are:

1. Smoking

2. Excessive drinking

3. Overusing too much pain killers or drugs

4. Eating too much fast food or junk food

These are only some activities of several bad habits. These should not be practiced because it can lead to bad effects. They will never do good. It may be satisfying or addicting to do but these just hurt your body. If you do this you are just cautiously hurting yourself. You need to find habits that can benefit you and can make you happy.

Good habits are habits that make you happy, satisfied and occupied. They help you enhance some of your skills or they just keep busy but in a good way. Examples are:

1. Cooking/Baking

2. Eating healthy food or having a good lifestyle

5. Being responsible with money

These are the kind of habit we must be practicing. These are only some of course. Habits like this promote a healthy life and happy one too. These make us feel satisfied and positive.

We must encourage the people who practice bad habits to change because it is for their own good and the society as well. There is still hope for these people we just have to help them encourage them to change.
